If there is an emergency or if the hypnotist is unable to facilitate the training for any reason, then the NY Hypnosis Center Institute, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training and is not responsible for ANY and ALL expenses incurred by clients including but not limited to travel/hotel/food etc.

The NY Hypnosis Institute LLC is not responsible for determining a student’s ability to retain and process information learned in class, online, or at home. I understand that staff of the NY Hypnosis Institute LLC are not medical doctors, nor are licensed mental health practitioners, and they do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental disorders. Although numerous studies support the achievement of favorable results through hypnosis, by law the services we render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to inculcate positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. We do not represent our services as any form of medical, behavioral, or mental health care, and despite favorable research to the contrary, by law, we may make no health benefit claims for our services. If recordings are made during the training, we retain the copyright of these recordings. Even though many people have profound experiences, regressions experiences vary and cannot be guaranteed.

The NY Hypnosis Institute LLC cannot be responsible for internet speed/connections and that if necessary sessions will be held on the phone if Skype is not working properly (extremely rare) on your end.

Training Materials: NY HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE LLC may provide you with NY HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE, LLC’s training manuals for the Training Course. The training manuals are provided as reference materials and may be kept and used for your own personal use. You may not copy the training manuals without the prior written consent of NY HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE, LLC. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the training software and the training manuals belong to NY HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE, LLC and are protected by copyright laws of Canada, the United States, and international copyright treaties.

It is the responsibility of the student to research, identify, and follow the state rules and requirements in the state or states that they practice hypnosis. The NY HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE LLC recommends you follow the following suggested Standards and Terminology even in the states where there may not be a legal requirement to do so. We strongly suggest that you identify yourself as a “Hypnotist,” call the service you render “nontherapeutic hypnotism,” and add to your Client Bill of Rights the following paragraph: “The services I render are held out to the public as nontherapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to inculcate positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. I do not represent my services as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and despite research to the contrary, by law I may make no health benefit claims for my services.”

The instruction received does not imply education in any medical field, and hypnosis should never be used for medical purposes, including psychiatric, for which a student is not licensed unless working under the supervision of a person licensed for that purpose and as prescribed by law.
