I acknowledge that I have provided a clear and accurate mental and physical history of myself and assume all financial responsibilities for services provided. Please note that all pre-payments, including but not limited to, cash, credit card and PayPal payments are non-refundable. Please be kind and considerate. Scheduling time for appointments takes great planning and coordination. Since the schedule is often carefully planned to avoid delays and get clients taken care of in accordance with their time slot, it is important that you adhere to the schedule as arranged. We understand that situations occur and life throws us off at times, so if you anticipate not being able to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. Giving you that appointment meant that another client did not get that time slot. Failure to cancel your appointment before the 24-hour cancellation window (New York Clients only, Florida clients please scroll down) will result in your being charged for the full amount of the appointment.

The information/data you are submitting will be reviewed by a Certified Hypnotist to prepare for your sessions. Upon request we will delete the stored data and/or provide the information/data submitted to the client. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Requests related to information/data submitted can be made by contacting our Support Team at info@tryhypnosisnow.com.

Matters regarding your sessions will be kept private except in circumstances of possibly being an imminent danger to yourself or others, if a judge orders us to testify, or in the case of a subpoena of records or in compliance with state or federal law. You grant us specific permission to release information to a specific individual or agency in those circumstances. We cannot guarantee privacy with video/audio recordings. If you erroneously receive a video that is not yours (not a recording of you), you agree to let us know by e-mail reply and delete it from your system/computer; you may not copy, store, or share the video with anyone or any company. In addition video/audio recordings are not guaranteed, as failures of equipment, storage, and transfer (including errors in sending videos to clients)  do happen that are beyond our control. Aside from the aforementioned exceptions, any information shared is kept private. If there is an emergency or if the hypnotist is unable to facilitate the session for any reason, then the NYC Hypnosis Center for Profound Change, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the session and is not responsible for ANY and ALL expenses incurred by clients including but not limited to travel/hotel/food etc.

If recordings are made during the sessions, we retain the copyright of these recordings and they can be used for quality assurance and training purposes only. Even though many people have profound experiences, regressions experiences vary and cannot be guaranteed. Although numerous studies support the achievement of favorable results through hypnosis, by law the services we render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to inculcate positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. We do not represent our services as any form of medical, behavioral or mental health care, and despite favorable research to the contrary, by law, we may make no health benefit claims for our services.Results may vary from person to person.

FLORIDA SESSIONS:
Please note that all pre-payments, including but not limited to, cash, credit card and PayPal payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to travel expenses incurred and time allotted for the session by the hypnotist, if you are unable to attend the session as scheduled, you forfeit your deposit.

We understand that situations occur and life throws us off at times, so if you anticipate not being able to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 1 week beforehand. Giving you that appointment meant that another client did not get that time slot. Due to travel expenses, failure to cancel your appointment before the 1 week cancellation window will result in your being charged for the full amount of the appointment.
